Care & Really Kind

Unlike some other places that I’ve gone to get a simple lab done, the people that attended me today did it with care and were really kind today. Not all places treat their patients like they did to me today. For example my nurse, Adrienne was polite right from the moment that I walked in and helped me get my paperwork set up today upon arrival.

How Refreshing!!

I was bitten by a dog while bike riding and my PCP was full and the Neighborhood Doctor referred me here. Dr. Le did a great job getting me stitched up, and Mary Kate got the sutures removed for me! Thanks, Vicki, for getting me checked in both times! These guys say upfront that they want your insurance to pay for everything. If they don’t, let them know and they’ll continue to work with your insurance! How refreshing!!

Sam and Adrienne and Tracy were all awesome! No wait. Quick and caring! I always come here and the one time I didn't I was given wrong info so I will always come here from now on!

Exceptional Care & Treatment

Shannon, Veronica, and Melanie were the best care givers I’ve ever came in contact with. They took excellent care of me, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I’d recommend them and Dr. Le to anyone that I love, because I trust that they’ll do everything in their power to deliver exceptional care and treatment. This was the best experience I’ve ever had going to any facility to receive treatment for an illness.

Great Experience!

I had the best care here when I had an unexpected allergic reaction! I was one of the only patients so I felt like a celebrity, had the best doctors and nurses. They asked me as many questions as possible to help figure out what may be wrong because I had never experienced my symptoms before. They even sent a get well card after my visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you have to ever go to an urgent care! Christopher was the best, Walked me through everything and made it a great experience! Rachel and Heather also helped with getting me in and checked quickly while it was busy.

Great Bedside Manner & Fast Service

Melanie, Sandy Adrienne, and Veronica were all extremely professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I came in looking like a broke down pinto and left out feeling like a brand new Lexus. I mean they really took care of me. Great bedside manner and fast service. Please don't hesitate to come here for medical service because all of the precautions are being met to keep the patients and the providers safe.

Strongly Recommended

I brought my wife in for flu/strep symptoms. They immediately took her in and ran appropriate tests. Turns out it was something that could have been a lot more serious and started treating her immediately. Without their expertise, this could have turned out much worse. Also, I was able to stay with her the whole time overnight. Very welcoming, attentive, and caring. I would strongly recommend this place over any hospital or ER. From the front desk to medical personnel, a great experience.

This Emergency Center Is by Far the Best

This emergency center is by far the best my family and I have been to. Sam and the team from intake to discharge were extremely welcoming and caring. The nurse's bedside manner was great the whole way through. I had to get an IV and the nurse brought me warm towels and asked if I wanted anything to drink like Gatorade or water and after my visit they mailed me a handwritten thank you card with Sam and all the nurse's names. With COVID and a crazy time like this I’m so thankful there are positive happy and caring people working to get us all better. PrimeCare will continue to get my business as long as they keep up the good work. Also, the facility itself is very nice and well kept.

Listens & Provides the Best Possible Care

My wife has visited this E.R several times. The staff has always been very helpful. Heather, PA, and Dr.Le take the time to listen and provide the best possible care. Can't thank them enough. Also the nurses Adrienne, RN has very good bedside manners makes the visit very pleasant. Veronica, X-ray is awesome Melanie, OA is great as well. Today was Sandy, NP she provided exceptional care as well. Thanks to the whole staff. Much appreciated!

Extremely Attentive, Helpful & Kind

The customer service, attention and care was priceless! The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and kind throughout! The location is clean and very welcoming, I highly recommend to anyone needing the medical attention without the highly expensive cost of a ER visit to the hospital! Thank you to Shannon, Sam & Dr. Le for going above to help my mom in her visit and for being thoughtful with the bag full of goodies for my sons as they waited. Overall a wonderful experience!
